After traveling around the world – over 40 countries affected – Dinner in the Sky arrives in the capital, for the first exclusive Italian stop. The date is September 15 to 30 next in the Testaccio district. Here this futuristic “table” will be raised by a crane of 120 tons, giving lunches and dinners breathless, not only for the view but also for the menu because cooking will be some of the best chefs in circulation, many of whom starred.
Including a look at the Colosseum and one of Trastevere, that’s 22 diners (a turn for each breakfast, lunch, dinner, aperitif or night cocktails) can enjoy dishes of the highest level being in the clouds and seeing live to their preparation because in the middle of the table there will be waiters and chefs. It begins with Isis De Cesare restaurant La Parolina (1 Michelin star), the idea that by cooking for Dinner in The Sky said: “For me it is an honor to start this event so exciting and innovative, are very happy to be able to part of this adventure and i think it’s appropriate to say Raise your glasses! “.

September 18 is the turn of Luciano Monosilio, Executive Chef of Pipero Rex (1 Michelin Star), while 19 is the turn of Gianfranco Pascucci Restaurant Pascucci al Porticciolo Fiumicino (1 Michelin Star). 20, however, to stand at the stove in front of 22 diners, is Cristiano Tomei starred restaurant of The Funnel of Lucca.
On 21 September in Sautee in a vacuum there will Callegaro Stefano, the bunting chef who won the last edition of MasterChef, while on September 27 to prepare delicacies will be up to Lele Usai of Ristorante Il Tino di Ostia (1 Michelin Star). To close the dances September 30 will be Cristina Bowerman (Restaurant Glass 1 Michelin star) chef appreciated by the public, customers and critics.

Dinner in The Sky goes around now for the world now for ten years. The famous dinners in the void were held in Sydney, Dubai, Zagreb, Vienna, Brussels and Paris (to name a few destinations only).
